Individual Therapy

Individual Therapy will focus on strengthening your relationships; with yourself, your partner, your family and beyond. When we have strong and secure relationships our mental health blossoms. Your sessions will be tailored to meet your goals and individual situation drawing from a variety of therapeutic techniques including Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Approaches, and Mindfulness to name a few. When working with a therapist at The Family Place you will spend time exploring how different experiences impact who you are today and how it impacts the choices and decisions you make. Appointments are available in person or virtually.
